Hiring an office administrator/leasing agent for our growing leasing team.
Requirements:
- Reliable vehicle to commute between 3-4 locations within Hamilton, Ontario
- Flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must live in Hamilton, Ontario or surrounding area (Burlington, Oakville, Brantford, Ancaster, Stoney Creek, etc.).
- Familiar with the area (lived here for 5 years)
- Fluent in English
Job Duties:
- Answering email leads
- Answering phone call leads
- Conducting in person and virtual showings (zoom)
- Reviewing applications
- Managing tenant inquires
- Posting creative advertisements
- Etc.
This job is completely commission based, offering a percentage of each unit leased.
