We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for retail management to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties

Lead and supervise store staff, providing training and development to enhance their skills and performance.
Manage daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve store targets and drive revenue growth.
Oversee budgeting and payroll processes to ensure financial efficiency within the store.
Utilize POS systems effectively to manage transactions and track sales data.
Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with upper management on administrative tasks, including reporting and compliance with company policies.
Skills

Strong knowledge of retail management principles and practices.
Proficient in budgeting, payroll management, and administrative tasks.
Excellent training development skills to cultivate a knowledgeable team.
Proven ability in sales management with a focus on achieving targets.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced retail environment.
Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology is preferred.
Knowledge of courier and shipping processes for UPS, DHL, Purolator, CanadaPost etc is desired but not required
Strong Computer technical skills incl Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc), Microsoft Windows and related skills required.
Preferred previous experience in Printing using professional printers and working on large print jobs.
Strong knowledge of Graphic Design software incl Adobe suite (Express, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat and Illustrator) required
