We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing office policies, managing daily operations, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and implement office policies and procedures
• Determine and establish office routines and workflows
• Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
• Manage contracts and maintain proper documentation
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately
• Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner
• Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
• Type, proofread, and manage correspondence, forms, and other documents
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
• Assist with or manage simple kitchen lunch tasks
Qualifications:
• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Computer Skills: MS Outlook, MS Windows, Simply Accounting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role
