We're excited to announce the opening of our new Sultan Ahmet restaurant in the heart of downtown Toronto! Known for our rich flavors, warm hospitality, and authentic Turkish dining experience, we are looking for hardworking, passionate, and dedicated individuals to join our growing team.

Now hiring for the following positions:
-Host/Hostess: welcome guests, manage reservations and waitlists, and guide customers to their tables. They ensure efficient seating, maintain a pleasant atmosphere, and support smooth front-of-house operations by coordinating with servers and handling guest inquiries professionally.
-Servers: takes guests' orders, delivers food and drinks, and ensures a positive dining experience. They answer menu questions, make recommendations, and handle payments, all while providing attentive and friendly service.
-Bussers: support servers by clearing and resetting tables, refilling water, and keeping the dining area clean and organized. They help maintain a smooth dining experience by ensuring quick table turnover and assisting with overall cleanliness and efficiency.
-Line Cooks: prepares and cooks food according to the menu and kitchen standards. They work at a specific station, such as grill, sauté, or fry, and ensure dishes are made accurately, efficiently, and safely. Line cooks play a key role in maintaining food quality and timely service.
-Dishwasher: responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. They ensure that all items are properly washed, dried, and stored, maintaining hygiene and supporting smooth kitchen operations. They may also assist with basic kitchen tasks like taking out trash or restocking supplies.

Preferred languages: English and Turkish/Arabic
