We are looking for a accounting clerk.
- ERP exposure, Dynamics 365 Business Central considered an asset.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Validating, entering and recording invoices in the accounting system.
Processing payments in the accounting system.
Reviewing and validating vendor account statements.
Creating new vendor accounts in the accounting system and in the bank website.
Processing AP Aging Reports.
Accounts Receivable
Entering and recording sales invoices.
Applying customer deposits in the system.
Creating new customer accounts in the accounting system.
Processing AR Aging Reports.
Preparing sales reports.
General Accounting
Setting up USD currency exchanges in the accounting system.
Preparing Bank reconciliations.
Recording payroll journals.
Prepare credit card reports and recording journal.
Supporting month-end analyses and reporting.
Assisting in the preparation of GST/QST filings.
Supporting the preparation and recording of journal entries.
hourly rate should be between 20 to 23$/hour for 40hrs/week.
