About the Role
As the face of ElectricMan in the field, you'll be responding to service calls, diagnosing electrical issues, and providing accurate, trustworthy quotes. You'll work with autonomy and confidence, knowing your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and company growth.
What You'll Do
• Perform residential and commercial electrical service work (diagnostics, repairs, upgrades)
• Provide on-site quotes and estimates using our streamlined system
• Build trust with customers through clear, honest communication
• Coordinate with our office/dispatch team for scheduling and follow-up
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace
• Uphold the highest safety standards at all times
Key Metrics of Success
• High quote-to-job conversion rate
• Low callback rate / high first-time fix rate
• 5-star customer feedback and satisfaction
What We're Looking For
• Alberta Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal preferred)
• 5 years experience in residential and commercial service work
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable quoting and selling services with integrity
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-starter with a clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Comfortable with mobile dispatch/quoting apps (Jobber or similar)
