We are seeking a dedicated and skilled "Commercial Service" person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This role requires a strong technical background, must be skilled in (but not limited to) drywall repairs, millwork repairs and installation, paint touch-ups, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
The position is part-time with occasional full-time hours required. Wages are based on experience starting at $30/hr.

Duties
• Perform routine repairs on new commercial builds and renovation projects.
• Provide on-site support for clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to provide the best solutions for clients.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Service person or extensive commercial construction experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot ongoing issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in equipment handling.
• A valid driver's license may be required for travel to client locations.
