- there is a big friendly dog in the house

Looking for a roommate who:
- has a stable job
- pays rent on time or earlier
- preferably on a 14/7 schedule or something similar to that
- clean, quiet, responsible
- knows how to clean up after yourself
- must not be afraid of dogs
- smoking ok outside
- drinking ok, just don't be obnoxious
- if you smoke pot, that's ok, just do it outside
