- preferably with a 14/7 schedule or similar
- must like dogs (there's one friendly, attention-seeking dog in the house)

The room:

- master bedroom
- big closet space
- private en-suite bathroom
- north facing window (not too hot)
- furnished with a bed, linens, pillow, night stand, blinds, desk, chair, lamp, TV, small fridge, garbage bin, recycling bin, dresser, hangers, pant hangers, hamper and a tower fan.
- room cleaning included (when you are away)

Tenancy

- month to month tenancy
- flexible move-in dates
- all utilities included (high speed internet, electricity, water and heat)
- I have Amazon Prime and Netflix
- furnished rooms
- furnished house
- I do light room cleaning (vacuum, dusting, change of bed linens, cleaning the bathroom, I won't clean your stuff though)
- I do the cleaning of all common areas
- shared kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room.
- You are responsible for your own food and laundry soap
- smoking ok in the patio/outside (I smoke too)
- drinking is fine as long as you don't get obnoxious with other people.
- smoking pot is fine as long as you do it outside.
- 1 month notice for moving out (otherwise I get your damage deposit)
- No sleep-overs
- No parties

- 3 bedrooms
- 2.5 baths
- fully fenced backyard
- 1st floor has the living room, kitchen, dining, laundry and half bathroom
- 2nd floor has the 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
- there's laundry in the house

- no carpets in the whole house
- there is a single car garage (manual) that's used as a storage.
