Gretsch custom built bridge pickup by Peter Biltoft. Now his business is closed but his pickups are hand made with precision. I don't have a guitar to put this in or I would keep it. A wonderful pickup. Alnico. I may have the screws for it as well. Approximately 10 years old and used in a now dead guitar occasionally.
