Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Siding Installer to deliver top-notch siding installations for residential and commercial builds. You'll work under our experienced foreman, with strong opportunities for career advancement within New Build Solutions, especially for those proficient with a siding brake.

Key Responsibilities:
Install siding (vinyl, aluminum, fiber cement, wood) to industry standards.
Measure, cut, and fit materials for a clean, professional finish, using tools like a siding brake when required.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and leveling.
Work closely with the crew and communicate effectively with clients.
Maintain a safe, organized work site and adhere to safety protocols.
Ensure work meets quality standards and building codes.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of professional siding installation experience.
Proficiency with siding brakes is a major plus and can lead to faster career growth.
Skilled with various siding materials.
Knowledge of construction tools, techniques, and safety practices.
Ability to read blueprints and project specs.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
Siding installation certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs.
Comfortable on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops.
Stamina for repetitive tasks.
