Front Office Receptionist Wanted

Are you a friendly and organized individual looking to make a positive impact in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an asset.
