Very clean and in very good condition. It has never had pets or been smoked in. Equalizer hitch is included. No leaks or deterioration of any kind. Walk around queen bed. The air conditioner and awning have been replaced recently. All appliances and systems are in excellent working condition. It is good for 3 season camping as the underside is enclosed with heating ducts in the enclosed space. 2 - 30 lb propane tanks and batteries are in enclosed compartments.
