We just bought a lot and trailer at Pigeon Lake. A 2016 Gulf stream 38ft & maybe a special order as has two full bedrooms , 1 King 1 Queen. It is a destination trailer and has has a residential fridge, plus patio doors. It is similar to a 2016 Gulfstream SE380FRS . It has been parked since purchased in 2016. Unfortunately it has had roof & wallwater leak and has some inside wall damage. The walls are dry however, has some warping on a couple of walls. There is some hail damage to the front.
