Shadow Auto is a leading automotive dealership in Welland, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality used vehicles. We are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist.
Job Description: As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers and visitors
Answering and directing phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Assisting with administrative tasks
Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Hours:
Part-time hours during September to May

Full-time hours during the summer months
