Office Manager

Must have minimum 2 years experience
Must have sales experience
Day to day operations of marina
Including but not limited to:
Answering calls, quoting rates for services
Taking reservations from incoming transient boaters and keep track of all bookings for individual docks and group bookings
Formulate annual seasonal dockage contracts, send to applicable leasees and ensure all records are kept organized and up to date
Possess good organizational skills and offer good communication skills with staff and public
Able to work with, assist and direct a diverse group of employees
Performs other duties assigned
