We're looking to rehome our 15-year-old miniature mare to someone with the experience and heart to give her a fair chance.

She is fully broke—our kids have enjoyed saddling and riding her the last 5 years. I won't call her eager, but she does what's asked of her. Over the last while, we've noticed she's not moving quite right, and it's made us wonder—maybe part of her lack of eagerness has been due to some discomfort? We're just not sure.

We suspect it may be something with her feet or legs, but we're not in a place right now to figure it out or provide the care she may need.

She needs someone who can assess her and see what kind of quality of life she still has left. She deserves someone who can take the time to find out what's going on and help her through it.
