1. 2 bedrooms Carpet Repair – This includes fixing the carpet, adding underlay (moisture barrier), and stretching/flattening the carpet to make it even.
2. Screen Window Repair – The rubber seal has come off and needs to be fixed properly.
3. Bathtub Caulking & Mold Removal – Mold has developed beside the bathtub. The area needs to be cleaned, the old caulking removed, the gap dried, and new caulking applied to restore a clean finish.
