Looking for a reliable long term handyman to assist with property maintenance. Approx. 25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling (workload varies by season—busier in summer, lighter in winter).

Job Responsibilities:
Lawn care (mowing, trimming)
Snow removal
Minor household repairs
Hauling and disposing of garbage
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license
Ability to perform basic handyman tasks
Able to drive and transport equipment/materials
Criminal background check required
Compensation & Benefits:
4-5 days per week, around 6 hours per day.$2,000 - $2500 per month stared ( guaranteed even working hours less)(There is a possibility of becoming full-time after 1–2 years, with a monthly income of $4,000 or more)
Company vehicle provided (you cover insurance & gas)
