Upper Edge Property Management is hiring casual Showing Agents to help us show rental properties to prospective tenants across Winnipeg.
This role is perfect for university students, recent grads, or anyone looking to earn extra income with a job that fits around your schedule!

What You'll Do:
Pick up keys and property info from our office
Drive to rental units across the city and prepare them for showings
Greet prospective tenants and give them a quick tour (in person and via Zoom)
Lock up and head to the next location
Report back to the office if needed – simple and easy!

✅ What We're Looking For:
Friendly and reliable individuals
Valid driver's license access to a vehicle
Comfortable working independently and navigating around Winnipeg
No experience needed — we provide training!

What We Offer:
$17/hour starting wage
Flexible scheduling – you choose your work days!Gas allowance (KM reimbursement)
