Looking for 2 people to sublet near McMaster! Available through June -September 1st. Lease length is negotiable!

Utilities is included within the $500, but laundry costs extra money (~$4 each run). The room currently is not furnished, but we can provide beds, air conditioning, a table, etc. We have total of 2 rooms ready for sublet (the other 3 prefer to not have others live in).

Parking is available.

Very close to Fortinos (grocery), and some restaurants.

Walking to McMaster campus takes just a little over 10 minutes.

Subletting for 3 months! June to August.
