I am a female working profession and I am renting out a 8ft by 10 ft room, which has a 3 ft closet, in a 2 bedroom smoke and vape free apartment unit. You will have an additional storage closet outside your room and empty drawers and cabnit space in the kitchen. The kichen and bathroom is shared with me.

Please note I have a 3 year old neutered male dog who is a bernese mountain dog and border collie mix. If you also have a pet or pets, please bring them with you when you come to view the apartment.

I am asking for $600/ month for rent (no first and last, just month to month). You will also pay for 1/2 of hydro. Internet is included.

If you require parking, it will be an additional $40/month but I will require first and last for just the parking.
