I have a regular bedroom (750$) for rent in my home. It is on the upper level, lots of light, very clean home. Room is furnished with a bed and dresser. You have cable tv in the livingroom and internet/wifi. You can also get cable tv in your room. The bathrooms are shared. Laundry is in the basement you just need to bring your own supplies. The kitchen is a shared space with utensils, plates and cutlery. The fridge and pantry is split between tenants so you have your own space. Utilities are included. There is street parking. We are located very close, in walking distance, to all amenities such as restaurants, grocery, drs and pharmacies, gas station etc. Bus stops are in walking distance and take you to North point loop to transfer to various buses.

There is no smoking or drugs allowed in the home. No pets allowed. Please be sure you are willing to live in a home with 2 other respectful and quiet tenants. Proof of income required.
