The previous tenant lived here(in the room now available) for one year and recently moved back to her home country, Korea, for career-related reasons.

Utilities (water, gas, electricity) are shared equally among four—for example, if the bill is $100, your share would be $25

You'll have access to all shared areas (except our bedroom and the other tenant's)

We maintain a no-guest policy for privacy and peace

We can guarantee a fully peaceful environment inside the home and also outside, within the quiet, well-kept community

Just bring your clothes—you'll find most of what you need already here, from kitchen tools to basic supplies to a clean and calm atmosphere.
