Highway Dispatcher – Full-Time (Office-Based Only)

Traffic Team Inc. is an asset-based trucking company operating single and team drivers across North America for over two decades. We are currently looking to hire an experienced Highway Dispatcher to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage and book inbound and outbound loads between Ontario/Quebec and the following regions: California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, British Columbia, and Alberta.

Coordinate effectively with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

Maintain compliance with DOT, MTO, and all relevant transportation regulations.


Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of highway dispatch experience.

Strong understanding of DOT/MTO rules and service regulations.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.

Must be willing to work full-time from the office (no remote work).
