Job Title: Commercial Cleaning Manager
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote/Field-Based)
Employment Type: Commission-Based Contract

Role Summary:
We're seeking a self-motivated FM Quotation Provider to generate accurate, competitive quotes for commercial clients across the GTA. Ideal for candidates with FM industry knowledge, strong vendor networks, and a sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
* Source and deliver competitive quotes for FM services (HVAC, plumbing, janitorial, etc.)
* Collaborate with vendors and contractors for pricing and timelines
* Ensure quotes meet client needs and compliance standards
* Support proposal submissions with the sales team
* Track approvals and maintain high quote conversion rates

Qualifications:
* Experience in Facilities Management, Procurement, or Estimating
* Strong knowledge of FM services and pricing
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organization skills
* Independent and self-driven
* Experience with estimating tools is a plus

Compensation:
* Commission-based with incentives tied to successful quote conversions.
