RATE: 25$/hr guaranteed 4 hours ($100)
(2 sessions: 4 hours initally and a 3 hours follow up two weeks after the first)

Availability: Ideally an AM start time but extremely flexible for dates/time

I am currently living in North York near Finch West station (full address will be given once hired) and i have a ~900 square foot 2bed 1bath apartment with balcony. My regular cleaner is unavailable for the summer and Ive recently injured myself making it even more difficult to do basic cleaning tasks.

I am looking for someone who is
- non-judgemental
- unbothered/not allergic to cats &
- willing to do the following tasks:

Kitchen:
• Dishes: wash/scrub, dry, put away (there is a small dishwasher as well as two sinks)
• Countertops and stove top: wash/wipe down clean surfaces and clean under the burners
• Floors: Sweep & Mop

Living Room/Dining area:
• Garbage: gather and dispose of all garbage (there really isnt recycling in my building sadly, but that does make it easier as nothing needs to be sorted)
• Floors: sweep & mop
• Dining table: wipe down and clean surface

Hallway/ entrance
• Garbage: collect & dispose
• Floors: sweep & mop

Bathroom:
•Toliet, Sink & Shower: wipe down clean with products and rinse clean
•Tile floor: Sweep and mop

Balcony:
• Garbage: collect & dispose
• sweep ashes and dust away

the bedrooms for now will not be touched as they need a deeper specialized clean and it is not pressing

It would be ideally be one (1) 4 hour job, followed in two weeks by one (1) 3 hour job.
