We are looking for a Junior Assistant Accountant to join our team! If you are smart, analytical, and passionate about accounting, this opportunity is for you. We are a CPA Professional Corporation located in the GTA.
Location – Brampton, Ontario, Canada, Monday to Friday (in person)
Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping & Data Entry – Journal entries, General Ledger, Trial Balance etc.
• Tax Calculations & Remittances – Payroll tax, WSIB, GST/HST etc.
• Financial Support – Assisting with month-end and year-end tasks
Requirements:
• Education – Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Business
• Experience – 1 to 2 years in accounting
• Software Skills – QuickBooks, CaseWare, Cantax (or similar)
• Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Languages – English (Hindi/Punjabi preferred)
