Job description-

At Cabana Pool Bar we don't just host—we craft unforgettable experiences. We're on the lookout for highly organized and enthusiastic Bartender/Servers to join our team! If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love collaborating with people, and have a passion for hospitality, this is the role for you standards.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with knowledge of our product
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the POS system efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.

Qualifications
• 1 years previous experience in bartending or food service is required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
• Knowledge of craft beer is an asset, but not a requirement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
