Never had a leak, never been smoked in. 



Was in the process of fixing it up but have become disabled and have to let it go. Very solid structure for someone who wants to continue the job. 



Bed in the front has been removed for more living space with bunk beds remaining in the back, and a dining table that converts to a bed.



Comes with:

- anti-sway bar hitch (over $500)

- storage cover with material for patching



You can sleep in it as is but she needs a new water line to the exterior spray port for the water to work and a new battery unless you can plug her in. The awning works but uses a vice clamp instead of original switch. We started to remove the decals but weren't able to finish.

We bought lots of things we were never able to use to paint the roof, add a battery shut off switch, install bathroom shelf, etc. all that comes with her.



She's been a terrific project to work on and sleep out in with a lot of life and potential left in her. Put in some elbow work and you can sell her for double or enjoy as a guest suite or back yard studio.
