We have for sale a 2015 Coachman Catalina travel trailer model 21QBH.
We purchased the trailer new from Fraserway RV in Bedford in the spring of 2015.
Details
- Dry weight is 4343 pounds
- MVI is valid until October 2026
- 4 new tires basically (2 installed in fall 2022 and 2 in fall 2024 c/w 750km/500km accordingly on them)
- Last maintenance completed in fall 2024 at The Bus Boys just outside of Kingston, including bearing grease, MVI, and tires
- Previous maintenance completed in fall 2022 at Fraserway in Bedford, also including bearing grease, MVI and tires
- 2020 maintenance was at Bus Boys
- Frequently coated outer frame and suspension with Fluid Film
- Camper has primarily been used on seasonal sites and most recently since Covid has been seasonal at Dunromin in Annapolis.
- Throughout its use as seasonal we always brought it back home in the winter months for routine maintenance, full cleaning, and winterizing. Only time we didn't was in fall of 2023, left in Dunromin
- Prior to Dunromin we were seasonal in Land of Evangeline in Wolfville off and on.
- Front queen bed
- Back bunks, bottom double, top single
- Sleeps 6 (queen, bunks, fold down table)
- Aftermarket queen mattress new last year
- Rear bath
- AC unit
- Power awning
- Power jack, manual stabilizers
- Electric / propane hot water. Replaced electric element last spring. (turned camper on prior to water and burned out the previous element)
- Sink, stove, oven, fridge as standard Dometic appliances
The one question that everyone will ask is does it leak. No it does not
The next question that you will ask is has it ever leaked. Yes it did.
In reality find a camper anywhere that at some point in its lifetime it didn't leak somewhere.
Details
- In summer of 2024 we felt a soft spot in floor next to left side of bed
- We had the entire roof professionally re-sealed
- All windows, hatches, and seams re-sealed
- New “facia” stripping installed where roof membrane transitions to camper wall and re-sealed
- There were no signs of any leaks in walls or ceiling
- Based on our best guess the water was coming in around the side wall hatch
Fall 2024 after bringing home,
- Removed soft plywood flooring in front left corner
- Replaced all wood framing underneath
- Installed new 5/8 plywood
- Replaced insulation with rigid foam insulation
- Installed new linoleum flooring
(doesn't match existing but we purposely made transition in an inconspicuous location so you don't see it when opening the door)
The camper has been in our driveway since the Fall of 2024 in Williamswood (towards Sambro)
We all know how much rain we have had since last fall and the camper is bone dry inside
Other
- Battery is currently toast, will buy and install new battery prior to sale
- Will fill both 20 LB propane tanks prior to sale
- We also have a “modular” deck system that I built (see pics)

- Sections were made to slide in the back of a ½ ton truck
