Britannia Properties owns 6 industrial buildings totaling 550,000 sqft. with 150 tenants located primarily in Mississauga.

We are looking for a freelance inspector to inspect our units in the Spring through Fall. We will do about 50 tenancies per year. The inspector will spend about 30 minutes in each unit and create a report using our template. Primarily we want to confirm the layout of the unit, note and take pictures of main elements and identify concerning items.

Experience in the following are an asset but not required:
- CAD, architecture, design experience

Please have good communication skills, professional, highly organized and detailed oriented.
The inspector will be compensated per hour or per report completed. This is a freelance role and not permanent or part-time.
