Positions Available & Pay Range:
• Labourer: $25–$30/hr (depending on experience)
• Supervisor: $32–$36/hr (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with underpinning operations using the Drypack and Overpour methods
• Prepare and maintain work areas (excavation, formwork, shoring)
• Place, consolidate, and finish concrete underpin sections
• Follow safety protocols and site procedures
• For supervisors: coordinate daily crew tasks, ensure quality control, report to project manager

Requirements:
• Proven experience in underpinning (Drypack & Overpour methods)
• Ability to read basic drawings and onsite instructions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Supervisor applicants must have prior crew leadership experience
