We are an appliance recycling company located within Winnipeg, MB. We pickup fridges and freezers from customers' homes all around Manitoba, as part of a recycling program.

PureSphera is looking to hire a part-time employee, that will/could increase to full-time based on performance and availability. Please note this is a physically demanding job, you MUST be able to lift 100lbs (you will be removing fridges/freezers from homes, including basements with the help of a partner)

To join our team, you must possess the following skills/attributes

-Must be flexible and able to work weekdays and weekends
-Must be punctual, and able to start work at 7:30 AM and work until route is completed (We are going into our busy season, overtime is a possibility)
-Must possess a class-5 driver's license, with a good abstract
-Must be able to lift 100lbs
-Must pass a basic criminal record check/security screening
-Must be able to work in all weather (we work all year round)
-Must be able to travel around Manitoba. We have occasional overnight routes where you will be required to stay overnight in a hotel (live out allowance is provided)
-Must be able to read, write and speak English
-Must have steel toed safety boots (after probationary period, there is an allowance for new boots provided)
-Must be able to work as a team, with good communicational skills. You will be dealing with customers and must be professional at all times.
