We are looking for a committed and driven person to become a part of our team at Cabana Pool Bar. In the position of Barback, you will be essential in assisting our team and facilitating the efficient functioning of the bar. Your focus on detail, effectiveness, and collaboration will help in delivering an outstanding guest experience and upholding the high standards of our bar.

Duties:

Keep the bar area tidy and neat by wiping surfaces, cleaning glasses, and disposing of waste properly.

Supervise and restock supplies throughout service to maintain continuous bar operations.

Prepare and dismantle the bar before and after shifts, making sure all required tools and equipment are prepared for service.

Gather empty glasses and dishes from guests' tables, delivering quick and attentive service to maintain a pleasant ambiance.

Engage in consistent training sessions to improve your understanding of the product, mixology abilities, and customer service skills.

Credentials:

Prior experience in a related position is advantageous, but not essential; training will be offered.

Solid work ethic and readiness to proactively support the bar team as required.

Capacity to perform effectively and remain calm in a high-pressure setting.

Outstanding communication abilities and a pleasant attitude when engaging with guests and colleagues.

Focus on precision in upholding cleanliness, orderliness, and suitable storage of bar tools and materials.

Must be at least [legal drinking age in your area] and have the required legal paperwork to be employed in a licensed venue.
