Roles and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve drinks and manage cash transactions
2. Maintain a clean and organized bar area
3. Provide excellent customer service
4. Manage inventory and stock levels
5. Work effectively in a team environment

Additional Tasks:
1. Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine
2. Handle customer payments and operate a point-of-sale system
3. Engage with customers and build relationships
4. Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions.


Qualifications-
Previous experience in a barback or similar role is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative to assist the bar team as needed.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests and coworkers.
Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of bar equipment and supplies.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy items, including kegs and cases of beverages.
Familiarity with basic beverage and cocktail terminology is advantageous.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the bar's operational schedule.
Must be at least [legal drinking age in your location] and possess the necessary legal documentation to work in a licensed establishment.
