Fort Gibraltar and Fort Catering at the St. Norbert Arts Centre are hiring Banquet Servers for the 2025 event season.

Job Details:
• Location: Shifts available at both Fort Gibraltar and St. Norbert Arts Centre
• Wage: $18/hour
• Schedule: Primarily weekends (Friday–Sunday), evenings and event-based
• Type: Part-time, casual

Duties Include:
• Setting up and serving plated meals or buffet service
• Clearing tables and maintaining a clean event space
• Providing friendly and professional service to guests
• Supporting the kitchen and catering team as needed

Requirements:
• Serving experience is an asset but not required – training provided
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weight
• Must have or be willing to obtain Manitoba Serving It Safe certification
