- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for Japanese cuisine.
- Food Handler's Certificate (preferred but not required).

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and present sushi dishes with precision and artistry.
- Ensure the highest quality and consistency in all sushi offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized sushi station.

Kitchen Staff
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Food Handler's Certificate (preferred but not required).

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Support the Sushi Chef and other kitchen staff as needed.
- Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality.
- Help with inventory management and stocking supplies.
