Alltechparts is a technology part importer specializing in the sale of laptop computer parts across Canada. Through its Ecommerce website, Laptopparts.ca, Alltechparts sells to Government, School Boards, Computer Dealers and end users from coast to coast.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist. This position is the heart of so many things at Alltechparts. You will be responsible for communicating with our customers by email and chat online. You will provide low level technical support, stock and order status, answer general customer questions.
You are self disciplined, a good communicator both written and spoken in French and English. You can communicate both with coworkers or customers confidently on the phone, by chat or email. You are a team member who values doing what needs to happen to benefit our customers.
You have experience in a similar position. Ideally, you also possess common knowledge of laptop computers.
We are looking to fill this position immediately.
