Site Supervisor – Cleaning Operations (Part-Time)
Job Type: Part-Time (3 Days/Week)
Location: Ottawa and surrounding areas

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, inspect sites, manage supplies, and support staff performance.
Responsibilities:
Supervise on-site cleaning staff
Ensure work meets safety and quality standards
Conduct regular site inspections
Maintain and restock supply inventory
Assist with minor maintenance tasks
Train staff on procedures and expectations
Communicate with clients and management

Requirements:
Experience in cleaning or facility operations
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using phone, email, and inspection apps
Schedule:
3 full weekdays (approx. 6.5–7 hours/day)
Flexible to meet site needs
