Colocation garçon calme, non-fumeur!
Bonjour je cherche à louer une chambre pour garçon dans une colocation calme pendant 2 ou 3 mois (mai, juin et juillet). Le prix est de 650 dollars par mois.

La chambre est spacieuse lumineuse, près de la station de métro Saint-Michel, avec internet, dans un quartier avec toute les commodités (magasins, bibliothèque, laverie, restaurants, parcs, transport en communs.)
Je cherche un homme calme non-fumeur ! pas de fêtes à la maison, je cherche une personne respectueuse propre et qui ne fait pas de bruits, calme!
