3.The location of the apartment is very good, located in the main street of St-Catherine, 5 minutes walk from Guy-Concordia metro station, PA supermarket and Bonjour supermarket just across the street in 2-3 minutes walk, Newon, Supermarket, Dollarama, restaurants, banks, stores, schools and medical care all in 5-6 minutes walk.

4.The apartment is very quiet, although it is located on the main street, it is not noisy and is quiet at night.

5.Big Studio, large floor windows, lots of light, heating and cooling, two large closets (one with a full-length mirror), one large storage Locker; walls, bathrooms and kitchen are just renovated last fall.

6.Penthouse indoor heated swimming pool, open all year round; Penthouse laundry room, and outdoor sundeck (only open in summer)
