Experienced Sales Representative – High-Earning Role in Residential Construction
Specializing in Fences, Decks, Renovations (Bathrooms, Kitchens, Basements)
Toronto & GTA | Full-Time or 3-Month Project-Based Option

2. About the Role:
100% focused on sales – No physical work involved.
• Targeting homeowners who are actively looking to improve or repair their properties.
Services include fencing, decking, bathroom/kitchen renovations, and basement finishing.
Your mission: Identify needs, build trust, close deals.
3. Territory:
Toronto and Northern/Northeastern GTA suburbs
4. What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience selling residential construction services (minimum 2 years)
• A keen eye for spotting rotted decks, broken fences, outdated interiors - and turning them into closed deals
• Strong people skills with the ability to connect with homeowners and build confidence
• Self-starter mentality and independent drive—you'll be managing your day, your way
• Must own a vehicle, laptop, and smartphone
• Fluent/native-level English
• Must have Canadian citizenship and 10 years living in Toronto/GTA (deep local knowledge is key)
5. Compensation:
• Commission-based with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $7,000 monthly
• Minimum monthly sales target: $100,000
The harder you work, the more you earn. Top performers will exceed targets.
