This is a beautiful and relatively rare receiver with great warm sound. Sherwood produced smaller numbers of receivers than the bigger brands. Cosmetically this receiver is is not perfect but very close for being 50 years old, still has the face plate protectors around volume tuning knobs. Everything works as it should. Rated at 32 wpc 20hz-20khz
