We are looking for Cook for our daycare located on MacLeod Trail SE.

Prepare and cook meals and snacks according to established menus and recipes, adhering to dietary guidelines and allergies. Develop and rotate menus to ensure variety and adherence to nutritional needs and any allergies or dietary restrictions. Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, ensuring food is stored and handled safely according to local health regulations. Order and manage food and supplies, ensuring adequate stock and adhering to budget constraints. Serve meals and snacks to children, potentially assisting with supervision if needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Collaborate with childcare staff and supervisors to ensure smooth meal service and address any concerns.

Obtain and maintain required food handler certifications to comply with health regulations.

Assist with other duties as assigned, such as packing lunches or preparing special dietary needs.
