Qualifications:
• Level 2-3 Early Childhood Educator certification or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in early childhood education or childcare.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with children of various ages and developmental stages.
• Knowledge of child development, learning theories, and developmentally appropriate practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising and caring for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Developing and implementing age-appropriate programs and activities that promote learning and development.
• Observing and assessing children's progress and behaviors to identify individual needs.
• Guiding and supporting children's social-emotional development through positive interactions and strategies.
• Providing personal care routines and creating positive experiences for children.
• Communicating effectively with parents, guardians, and other families about their child's progress and development.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Referral and support to families who need assistance locating resources.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
• Ensuring all necessary forms are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Implementing health, safety, and hygiene practices.
