✅ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


Currently hiring motivated & reliable subcontractors to fill key rolls on our crews.


1️⃣ Lead Hand (10 years custom framing)
w/ potential growth into foreman role

- Strong leadership skills w/ the ability to run multiple guys in an efficient manner.

- Excellent communication & decision-making

- Ability to take direction as well as provide.

- Comfortable solving problems on the fly.

- Proficient in all aspects of residential wood framing, roof included.


2️⃣ Experienced Framer (5 years custom framing)

- Confident and efficient with all phases of stick framing

- Must be especially strong with roof framing.

- Follows direction and work well with others.

- Able to take on and complete tasks independently & efficiently.

- Takes pride in clean, accurate work and getting jobs done right in a timely manner.


3️⃣ Framers Apprentice (2 years)

- Fast learner with a solid base in framing

- Able to follow layout; assembling walls & floors

- Positive attitude, dependable and eager to grow

- Willing to take direction and hustle onsite

- Toolbelt with all the essential hand tools are required.


✅ REQUIREMENTS

- Own a vehicle and belt w/ essential hand tools

- Must show up M-F, on time, ready to work

- You're a professional, or aspire to become one
