Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Middle Eastern Breakfast Chef to craft flavorful, authentic morning dishes that celebrate the rich culinary traditions of the Middle East. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of regional ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation styles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook traditional Middle Eastern breakfast dishes (e.g., shakshuka, meats, foul medames, manakish, hummus, falafel, labneh, fresh bread, etc.)
• Ensure consistency, quality, and authenticity in all dishes served
• Manage prep work efficiently to ensure a smooth breakfast service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients as needed
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a breakfast chef or in Middle Eastern cuisine
• knowledge of traditional Middle Eastern breakfast dishes and ingredients
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time well
• Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to high standards of food presentation
• Flexibility to work early morning hours & weekends
