Pistols Brewery is looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our growing kitchen team! We're a brand-new brewery and taproom in Ottawa, focused on bold flavours, quality brews, and great vibes. What You'll Be Doing:

Preparing and cooking menu items to Pistols' standards

Maintaining a clean and organized workstation

Supporting prep, service, and cleanup as part of a tight-knit kitchen crew

Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Collaborating with the kitchen team to bring ideas and help refine menu offerings

What We're Looking For:

1 year of experience working in a kitchen (experience in high-volume or brewpub environments is a plus)

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment

Passion for food, beer, and hospitality
