Full job description
For this role your duties will include bookkeeping, assistant to the President and
administrative tasks
 Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and setting up appointments to
keep workflows organized and meet deadlines
 Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence while prioritizing urgent
matters and maintaining professional communication

 Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents in digital and physical
formats for easy access and retrieval
 Assisting with data entry, bookkeeping, and expense tracking by accurately
recording financial transactions and reconciling reports (Quickbooks)
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- No previous experience required
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $20/hour
Flexible language requirement:
 French not required
