For this role your duties will include bookkeeping, assistant to the President and
administrative tasks
Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and setting up appointments to
keep workflows organized and meet deadlines
Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence while prioritizing urgent
matters and maintaining professional communication
Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents in digital and physical
formats for easy access and retrieval
Assisting with data entry, bookkeeping, and expense tracking by accurately
recording financial transactions and reconciling reports (Quickbooks)
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- No previous experience required
Job Type: Temporary
